We recently visited this restaurant and had a terrible experience both from service level and food quality perspectives.
We booked a table in advance which was not ready when we arrived despite being with a 6 months baby. We then ordered two dishes and waited for almost 2 hours for them to arrive. The restaurant wasn't very busy at all during this time as it was past 13:30.
When the food arrived, one of the dishes wasn't what we had ordered. The waiter immediately took back the wrong dish and brought the correct one 5 minutes later. However, the ‘correct dish’ (shrimp curry, caril de camarão) was poorly served with a lot of plain basmati rice but almost no curry or prawns. There were several empty shells for the amount of prawns (5). This made us think that this dish was quickly prepared from leftovers available in the kitchen.
While paying the team had not bothered to correct the bill and actually had added extra items to it. We still payed full price for the curry even though we believe they were fully aware they served a sub standard dish.
We will not be coming back and unfortunately cannot recommend...

RESUMO Fomos os primeiros a chegar bem antes da abertura às 12h30. Já sentados, bem antes da abertura, só perto das 13h00 é que veio a bebida para a mesa e às 13h12 veio a entrada. Devido a um problema de organização o prato do dia só veio para a nossa mesa às 14h10. Como a sangria já estava natural pedimos para voltarem a encher a metade que faltava para, de alguma forma, compensar o tempo de espera pelo prato que demorou a chegar. Demorou mais um pouco mas fizeram-no sem problema. A sobremesa foi consumida por volta das 14h48 e a conta foi paga já passava das 15h00. Foram 2h30 de almoço sofrido, mas que compensou um pouco pela qualidade da comida.
POSITIVO: Entrada, Camarão frito com alho muito bom. Bem temperado, saboroso e quantidade Q.B. O prato do dia Lulas à Algarvia, muito bom. Bem temperado, saboroso e quantidade Q.B. Tarte de maçã com gelado muito bom. Saboroso, quantidade Q.B. mas a tarte mais parecia uma pasta e nunca pareceu uma tarte. Mas pela qualidade a imagem foi posta de lado. Simpatia e compreensão de quem nos atendeu.
NEGATIVO: Serviço de atendimento muito lento e aparentemente desorganizado no que tocou ao nosso pedido. A sangria tinha pouca laranja e muito limão. O sabor não estava tão agradável...
