Customer relation is terrible! They don't know how to attract a new customer and how to respond!!! Once we went there during lunch time (before 3 o'clock) around 14:30 and they rejected us because they had closed the kitchen! Another time we went there for lunch and we wanted to sit outside (they have outside seats) because of our small dog but unfortunately they rejected us again and told that they couldn't serve lunch outside!!!! They didn't even apologize nor did they suggested a way to solve the problem! We never ever come back to this place! Not recommended for those who care about customer relations! They need some courses to learn how to say "no" to a customer in a good way that don't miss...

A family run restaurant - mom in the kitchen, dad and 2 grown kids serving. The restaurant it self is nothing to look at it's a big room with wooden tables and chairs. But this is the best meal have have had in a long time. Real home cooked food. They have a set menu of 4 dishes daily. Chicken, beef, pork, and fish, I had the chicken (it was a casserole with bacon and mushrooms served on wedge chips) my husband had the beef (it was Portuguese steak with chips, tomatoe rice and a fried egg salad on the side) Portions were generous and I ate way more than I should have. Fui almoçar quase fora de horas a este restaurante e os funcionários/donos tiveram a amabilidade de nós aceitar quando já tinha a cozinha a fechar para fazer a refeição deles. Comemos umas queixadas de porco muito boas, com óptimo tempero e bem cozinhadas (só não dou 5 estrelas porque vinham com muita gordura) e umas batatas assadas muito boas - as batatas comi todas, as queixadas não consegui. Para terminar, tive uma melancia como sobremesa de "chorar por mais", pois estava fresca e no ponto. Obrigado pois é um local a ficar...
