Reading the restaurant owner's response to my daughter Agustina's review yesterday, I find it incredibly disrespectful and untruthful. Your service was a complete disaster. I confirm that the dishes served bear no relation to the photographs on the menu. Please don't lie. We wasted 90 minutes waiting for service. At no point did you offer an apology or explain the delay. You weren't even able to properly record the order. You never served the beer and wanted to charge it to the bill. Extremely unprofessional service; you don't follow the basic organizational standards for running a restaurant. Me gustaría decir que fuimos los únicos afectados por la desorganización del servicio pero, en lo que a mí respecta, todos los comensales, que en su mayoría llegamos cerca de las 13:00, tenemos algo a lo que llamar la atención; desde traer un plato equivocado, olvidar llevar un agua o una cerveza pedida, hasta demorar más de una hora y media en servir la comida.
