We arrived a bit early, they don’t start serving until noon, but that was no problem at all. We were greeted warmly and asked to sit.

Mere moments later we were presented with Torresmos Do Risol and Paio De Porco Preto then some olives, bread and cheese.

For our meal, I chose the duck breast and my friend ordered the Cacao Fruito com Migas. Both were absolutely exceptional!!

For dessert we split a Conde das Alcacovas, which was just a symphony of flavors.

We stopped here heading to Almendras Cromlech, but now I would make the drive just to come here and have a meal!!

Wow so delicioso! Super delicious! Server lady in spectacles is extremely kind, caring and helpful! Probably the best server in Portugal! You need to order the Porco Alentejo (Local Pork with clams) and the Lombinhos Porco (pork tenderloin)! Both porks were so tender, it made me fell in love with meats again! Many meats we tried in other parts of Portugal were as tough as leather. The pork here is soft and delicious! Total must try! the creme caramel is delicious and tasted very...

Absolutely outrageously delicious restaurant welcome to flavour town!

Make sure you get something with MIGAS as a side dish that's like fried bread and coriander / cilantro mashed up. It's unbelievable!!!

We had the black pork and fried cacao/dogfish which is a type of shark 🦈. With MIGAS as a side.

The people working there are super friendly and thoughtful. I'll be back! Soon even though I live all the way in Lisbon it's worth the journey...
