O Toneco — Restaurant in Vila Nova de Famalicão

I decided to have lunch at this restaurant because of its high Google rating, but the experience was disappointing. As expected, there was a long line, and it took about an hour to get to our turn. I was willing to wait, but it took an additional 20 minutes just to receive our receipt. When I finally got it, I noticed that an item we didn’t order was listed. I asked him to remove it, and from that point on, the staff became extremely rude. My friend paid in cash, and I was going to pay by card, but he rudely insisted that we pay together by card and settle the cash between ourselves. After the card payment, he threw the receipt at us and just walked away. The service was so unpleasant that it ruined the entire experience, regardless of how the food tasted. I sincerely hope this restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves...

We stopped here for lunch and got a table right away, even though we didn’t have a reservation and it was packed (very big place). Buen restaurante comida a la carta y raciones , nivel alto con marisco , chuletones y comida elaborada de nivel alto , gran variedad de postres y tartas caseras 🍰. Precio calidad aceptable para su calidad y presentación . Un buen sitio para una comida de trabajadores normal o darse un capricho con cualquiera de sus productos especiales celebraciones , nivel alto en preparación. Tiene dos comedores . Aparcamiento en el exterior gratuito. La única pega es sobre un detalle con un trabajador al subir a la caja del comedor principal para pagar , pedí un vaso de agua porque íbamos a pagar y me dio sed del vino ......con una manera un poco chulesca me saco un botellín de agua y me pidió en dos ocasiones con una actitud un poco chulesca como reclamando 1€ .......se pensaba que no le iba a pagar el botellin de agua . Muchas veces he comido allí he iba con compañeros de trabajo con ropa de trabajo, Trabajadores de una gran empresa muy cercana que vamos a comer allí a menudo . Falta de profesionalidad en este camarero , encargado o dueño . Hay que tratar igual al obrero que va a cenar en julio que al turista que te deja una pasta en una cena ese día .
