Restaurante Os Ripolins — Restaurant in Vila Nova de Gaia

This is my first time visit to this restaurant. Overall, it was just ok experience and I will not come back again. You must wear mask before entering.

Pros: Private parking place for the customers and free. Parking accessible for wheelchair. Entrance accessible for the wheelchair. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor seating has two different parts. WC is free. Wifi is free for the customers. Online menu accessible for the customers. The staffs are nice, kind, helpful, and friendly. The restaurant is quite big and clean. Sangria is tasty. Hand sanitizer for customers is provided by the restaurant. Piri-piri is available by request.

Cons: Overpriced food for what we ordered with normal taste (nothing is si special). The ac is not working perfectly because it is a little bit cold. It took a little bit longer until our food served...

I came here without reservation. Our group ordered dorado and grilled beef. The staff don't speak in English, but they trying do their best to service you and very honestly. So the staff and their service was great. And the food was perfect and not expensive. Also they select good wine to your ordered food.
