Rosa 2 - Restaurante Chinês — Restaurant in Vila Nova de Gaia

This is one of our favorite Chinese restaurant in Vila Nova de Gaia. They did not offer buffet but their food is much better.

Pros: Parking accessible for wheelchair. Entrance accessible for wheelchair. Free parking available nearby. They allow dine-in, take-away too. They accept payment by cash or Multibanco. Free wifi accessible inside the restaurant. Restroom is free. You must wear mask before entering. Hand sanitizer is available. They have great food and many choices of Chinese food. They have sushi too. The crepes are tasty. We often order arroz xauxau and family feliz. It is enough for our small family (2 adult and 1 kid). The staffs are nice and friendly. 10 years ago this was one of my favorite places but now it has gone so bad: Food quality decreased, with everything tasting like fried oil. Kikkoman soy sauce bottle is filled with low quality soy sauce. Sushi is not good. This is probably because of lack of experience with japanese cuisine. Place needs to be more clean. Male servant is not fit to serve at tables, very cold and not talkative.

Positives: Nice decoration (though needs some repairing and maintainance - the place is over 15 years old and did not change anything in so long). Female servant is very nice and sweet.

Preços bastante satisfatórios, por volta de 5.50€ já se comem os menus, que vem bem servidos e satisfazem duas pessoas facilmente. Qualidade da comida ok

Atendimento fora do vulgar, não há palavras a mais, só o necessário. Cliente pede, empregado anota e vai embora. Muito impessoal.

Espaço bem decorado porém com imensas reparações meio precárias. Já estaria na altura de uma renovação geral.

Molho de soja falso - Eles enchem os dispensadores Kikkoman com molho de soja que não é da marca (provavelmente uma alternativa mais barata). Vi a empregada a fazer isto, abrir um dispensador e encher com o molho de soja de uma garrafa de água de 33cl cheia de molho de soja.

Tempo de espera bastante demorado, trouxeram os crepes e meia hora depois veio o resto. E os crepes ficaram frios e a cerveja morta. Isto tudo com um casal apenas mais no restaurante.
