Our first time to have lunch here and everything is excellent. We asked the man who works in Kartódromo, and he suggested this restaurant. The restaurant is located next to the main road. You will see many cars passing.

Overall, we love it. We recommend this restaurant if you visit Vila Real.

Pros The staff is nice and friendly. Entrance accessible for wheelchairs. They have an economical menu for prato do dia 8.50 euros for lunch on weekdays. Our food is 2 pratos de costeletas de porco á salsicheiro for 2 adults and 1 criança. It is more than enough meat for the three of us. We still have leftovers after lunch. The food is tasty. The rice is delicious. I like the homemade picante. The soup and breads are included in the menu. Free wifi Indoor and outdoor seating. Free bathroom.

EN: A very good restaurant, where you won't leave with your belly empty, for sure. The portions are more than enough for two and the food (and produce used) is very good. A typical restaurant for workers, where you can find a good value-for-money proposition. I would give this restaurant a 4.5 review, if I had the chance. What's keeping it from reaching 5* for me is the difference between 'fine dining' and a regular restaurant. Nothing against it, will come back for sure if I get the chance. For one main course split between two (the steak, aka 'posta'), four beers, one dessert and a couple of coffees, we paid €36. Try to book in advance if you can, it fills up quite fast, even though the service is also quick. The staff are helpful and the space offers free wi-fi.

Estudei 5 anos na UTAD e todos os locais me exigiam que experimentasse a carne da Adega Senhor Vinho. Finalmente experimentei e, devo dizer, alcançou todas as expectativas que criei! A carne é de facto de uma qualidade surreal e, apesar de não apreciar o molho de vinho com aroma a alecrim, confesso que me encantou pela sua textura tenra e suculenta. O prato que pedi para mim, no entanto, foi bacalhau que veio com batata às rodelas e cebolada com pimento. Estava absolutamente delicioso e numa quantidade mais que adequada. O pão e as azeitonas que trouxeram de entradas eram frescos e saborosos e a sopa era só de chorar por mais.
