Hot Chicken Simaisma — Restaurant in Al-Daayen

I hardly make negative reviews however, this needs to be addressed towards better service, quality and efficiency in future (hopefully).

I ordered half grilled chicken and chicken strips meal. the staff who took the order said 10 mins waiting time since I was with my car and it was a take out.

Order came after 30 mins. French fries were missing, had to wait another 5 mins for them to prepare. After all, I was hoping the food quality is at least acceptable but nope, it wasn’t. Chicken wasn’t cooked enough, very dry, very poor packaging skills.

The restaurant has a very clean and nice interior and the packaging materials, plastic bags do look acceptable and in order, only if they are in good hands. I am sure it has the potential to be a lot better when it comes to service and...
