Waterfront Garden — Restaurant in Al-Daayen

I am beyond disappointed with your service here. Such a horrible, terrible breakfast.We were served 2hrs and our food was not enough. We extended our patience though we were really hungry at that time but by the time the food arrived, you can tell that it was under prepared & also incomplete. I cannot believe that a restaurant can provide this bad of a service. We even politely informed them that our food was incomplete, but they served EACH missing item 30 minutes in between, and yet we never got the hashbrown & eggs because we refused to wait any longer anymore. We are not one to complain as we are highly tolerant family & have been to a couple of hotels so we understand that these things could happen, but every issue was inexcusable. Other tables were also clearly unsatisfied with the food as well, that's considering they had complete order than ours. By the time the last member of our family got her order, we asked them to be packed as we didn't have enough time - and to our suprise, the order was wrong. 🤨 Even my nephew did not get to eat at all as he did not get a food. The only service that was quite acceptable was the server lady, who spoke to us well. But the other service men were really bad.

**Note: upon check in, all our IDs were collected so they could prep our bfast ahead of time (or so we were told).

Even the place was very unhygienic & ceiling felt unsafe. Decors & ambiance lacked effort & maintenance. I hope there was a score lower than 1 because that's what they deserve.

Tbh, anyone could've prepared food better than what was served. If we only knew, we would've opt out of bfast and prepared food by ourselves or bought elsewhere.

How can any restaurant keep going with this service??

So we went for Iftar Buffet after purchasing coupons on Q-Grabs. The parking is tricky and the outer entrance looks like a bit rundown apartment complex. We parked in the basement and then had to take the lift to ground floor and cross the residents parking to go the restaurant. This was a letdown. The restaurant is a cozy grass carpeted cup de sac with view of the hotels price beach. The food was sub standard with everything cold. Limited choice for mains and dessert. Ramadan drinks (2 types) and bottled water was offered. There staff were very attentive and professional. Mr. Sami is their Food Manager. The restaurant severed Shisha which I’m allergic to. It wasn’t worth QAR. 80/person...

Worst experience I’ve ever had in any restaurant in Doha! The service is awful alongside the waiters having attitude and zero knowledge of what they’re doing.
