First time visit should always be good to have one lasting impression. I walked in and had to ask the cashier where to sit, not a good start. The place wasn't very welcoming in my opinion. I asked if credit card was ok and the cashier said yes. He gave me a menu and I waited and waited until I finally just waved at him to get his attention. I ordered the special halo halo and had to wait awhile again. Finally, the halo halo was served but to my dismay it didn't look anything like what's on the menu. The ice cream on top was pink? Am I being too picky? Well, finally time to pay, I figured there was a guy behind a register in front so I approached and got in line. When I finally got in front of the line I was told the cc machine was not working. Again I was asked to wait. To my surprise, a young lady paid for my bill. I wasn't expecting that at all. It was such a nice gesture that deserve more than just a THANK YOU but because I was embarrassed and irritated at the time, I was not able to express myself wholeheartedly. Thank you so much. I would like to express my displeasure with your customer service. Yesterday, 6th of Nov, I walked into your restaurant through the door facing the reception counter. I rang the bell which sat on the counter as is the norm. A Filipino lady across the dining area shouted with the ugliest attitude ever "Go inside!" That was one hell of a welcome.
I went around the corner to where she was pointing and stood there expecting someone with better manners would serve me. There were two Filipinos who didn't even notice I was there. The tiny arrogant Filipino walks up to me and asks "What do you want?...what type of fried rice?". I looked around and there was no menu to show her.
She then commands me to follow her to the same place I had stood before, where there was a big menu placed on the wall. I made my order and she acted military towards me the whole time. I tried my best to remain calm through that ordeal.
Train that woman to behave and leave her annoying attitude at home. I am never buying anything from that outlet because your employee hates...

Perhaps, the owner changed, so now they offer buffets for QR 45 and week-end brunches for QR 35. I took a QR 45 buffet - the food was dry and not tasty at all. I ordered halo-halo desert for QR 16 - it looked like somebody's vomits. The menu is a set of laminated greesy sheets with poor quality pictures, looking like a Lulu promotion ads.
