I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had today at your Al Maamoura branch, the one located next to Al Khebra Academy School.Firstly, I noticed a discrepancy between the price displayed on the screen and the price on the menu when I ordered pasta. When I asked the staff for clarification, I was told, “We’re still waiting for someone to update it.” This response was neither professional nor acceptable. Secondly, in my husband’s meal, we found an eggshell inside the club sandwich. When I reported it to a staff member, she didn’t even apologize. Her response was simply, “Ah ok,” which came off as dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, the cashier was behaving inappropriately. He was telling certain customers (specifically those ordering only Karak) to drink outside while allowing others to stay — which seemed very unfair. On top of that, he was singing loudly and disturbing the atmosphere. A girl sitting nearby even asked him to stop. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit. I believe a business like yours should prioritize customer service, hygiene, and a welcoming environment. The staff particularly Mr. SADEKUR is extremely rude! Ordered Hawaiian sandwich and a Spanish latte worth 39 QR and asked for just a tomato chilly sauce & he denied on my face and asked it will charge extra 3 QR. I mean who does that? Everyone else in the staff is so polite just that person is so rude! Check the receipt of my order in case the owner of the cafe sees this review and doesn’t believe this is a genuine comment! This is not the first time we have received such a pathetic service from this guy, he repeatedly does the same! On top of that he gave me cold sandwich and when I went on to complaint about it he was again rude. Everyone else so polite and listens to customers it just this person who keeps on ruining the work of other...

I tried many branches of poori & karak giving them all a 4 star review but this one needs improvement.

The air conditioning is not functioning properly with the full glass wall exposed to direct sunlight which made me sweat inside.

I got my take a way order because being beside a driving school makes it full all the time.

And maybe because it is always full they didn't care that much about chapati.

I wouldn't comment on it being dry if it was stuffed well not just wiping leftover from a spoon with cheese.

I still liked their karak but I'm not coming to this...
