Poori & Karak - Al Wakra — Restaurant in Al Wakrah

Poori Karak has always been one of my favorite spots for Karak tea and quick refreshments. Their consistent quality in tea and sandwiches has kept me coming back over the years.

However, I recently had an unpleasant experience at their Wakra branch, where one of the employees spoke to me in a very disrespectful and bitter manner. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also completely ruined the image of Poori Karak that I had held in high regard.

I’m sharing a video of the incident in this post to highlight the kind of service I encountered. It’s unfortunate that such actions by one staff member can tarnish the reputation of an otherwise good establishment.

Despite this incident, I still appreciate the taste and quality of Karak and other snacks offered by Poori Karak. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better customer service...

Don't order from poori n karak wakra branch We ha multiple bad experiences

1. first time order was wrong. We hit it delivered. They sent the correct order after more than an hour.

2)Second time there was hair in the food. We complained via the delivery app but no response of any kind.

3. We ordered the Sulaimani chicken and requested no fries, we paid fr extra cheese and extra chicken. But disappointed the order came with fries and little cheese and chicken. We had ordered the same dish multiple times from a different branch and it was a bigger portion size without paying fr extra cheese...

Karak is very good and the service was quick and better then before Earlier the only concern was for service and the organisation looks more better good job poori karak The overall service provided was efficient and professional, reflecting a clear commitment to customer care. Staff members were attentive, approachable, and willing to assist promptly with any concerns, which enhanced the overall experience.
