Chili's - The Mall — Restaurant in Doha

Chili's is one of my go-to places when I want burgers that are a cut above the typical fastfood fare. I would cycle through the burger menu with each visit and this time around I had the Alex's Santa Fe Burger. As I usually do, I specifically asked for a "medium" patty and the server was kind and attentive enough to verify and confirm that I wanted it "medium", and I said yes. So, the order arrived and it was time to dig in. But the first bite itself left something to be desired. The bun crumbled as I bit and held on to it and surely it wasn't because it was stale, perhaps it was exposed too long in the air before it was used and served, or maybe the baker had a bad day. The patty was as well done as it could be...what a waste of fresh ground beef. The burger was described with these in the menu..."avocado, pepper Jack, red onion, roasted jalapeños, tomato, pickles, cilantro & spicy Santa Fe sauce". It was missing many of these. I still finished my burger and was satisfied with my meal. I'm a burger person so I guess everything will be ok for me. I do hope it was a just an off-day for them. I will still come back in due time. But I'll probably stick with fastfood burgers...

I recently visited Chili’s in the mall, and overall, it was a great experience. The American chain delivered solid food, friendly service, and a comfortable atmosphere.

I ordered the Caribbean Salad, Chicky Chicky Blue Cheese Burger, Classic Chicken Fajitas, and the Margarita Chicken Bowl. The Caribbean Salad was a standout — fresh, vibrant, and full of flavor with a perfect tropical twist. The Classic Chicken Fajitas were also fantastic, sizzling hot and packed with flavor. The Margarita Chicken Bowl was decent but didn’t impress me as much. The Chicky Chicky Blue Cheese Burger had a good flavor, but the blue cheese dressing didn’t quite suit my taste.

I’ve had the Cajun Chicken and Chicken Ranch burgers on previous visits, and I can confidently say those are solid choices for chicken burgers. If you're in the mood for a burger, I’d recommend trying one of those — they’ve always hit the spot for me.

Service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was spacious and comfortable, making it a great spot for casual dining or a group hangout. Ratings: Caribbean Salad: 10/10 Classic Chicken Fajitas: 9/10 Margarita Chicken Bowl: 7/10 Chicky Chicky Blue Cheese...

I think this would be the worst outlet of chili’s. Well, lets start from the entry, saw staff holding broom stick in one hand and freshly prepared food in other hand, she kept the broom stick in a corner before she serves to the customer. ( i have never seen this habit in my life) The outlet was not even very busy and staffs are running around without a coordination and no teamwork. 2 guys looks like the manager has no control of the staffs and they are not ensuring things are going well.

Lets come to the food I ordered. Soon after they delivered the food a fly came and sat on the bread. When i look around to complain no staffs around. The meat looks burnt and bland. I can’t even compare the food other restaurant chain who serves the same menu. (Chilis priced more than them)

We couldn’t finish our food as it is dry and tasteless.

I would give 4 stars for the drinks.

And finally before we leaves the restaurant one cat got inside the restaurant and staffs and customers shouting.
