Everything was excellent until I found a hair in my dessert. When I noticed it, I immediately informed the waiter, who promptly took it back to the kitchen. Shortly after, the manager came over, and I expected some form of compensation for the issue. However, none was offered until I specifically demanded it. The manager’s attitude was disappointing, he seemed indifferent and didn’t take the matter seriously, which was frustrating and disheartening. We had to explain to him how significant the issue was, as his response didn’t reflect the level of professionalism we expected. I believe your staff could benefit from better training on how to handle such incidents with empathy and professionalism. For example, the waiter or manager could have immediately apologized, acknowledged the seriousness of the issue, and reassured us that it would be addressed promptly. A proactive gesture, like offering a small compensation without having to request it, would go a long way in showing your commitment to customer satisfaction. I hope...

It had the texture of porridge; no distinguishable bread chunks; a plain sugary substance. It would not remotely be considered, even by any tea stall standards, an Umm Ali! If all of this does not thwart you, be aware that an extremely hot dish like Umm Ali should be delivered in aluminum rather than plastic containers.
Reem Al Bawadi is definitely off my list and should be...
