Yummy Yang Shopping City — Restaurant in Șelimbăr

A veeeeery unpleasant experience at you guys. Me and my husband we aren't big fans of chinese food, but because our 10 years daughter was so curious about is especially with sushi we decided to go out and eat some. So, we whent to Yummy Yang and ordered 1 menu with autoservice, 1 menu for me and 1 menu for my daughter. Because of the curiosity, my daughter went with my husband to choose his food :-)) - 1 plate, no more. When they came at the table, while we expected our order, she wanted to taste something from her father food. Then the waiter told us that she is not allowed to taste it....what??? Ho come??? So, we were 3 people, we ordered 3 menu, each of us with 1 plate, but we weren't allowed to taste anything from my husbands plate. What???? Never in my life in any restaurant from the whole world I...

in materie de mancare asiatica e cam ce poate oferi mai bun sibiul. abia de cativa ani sibiul incepe sa experimenteze bucatarii etnice asiatice, deci preparatele sunt europenizate, romanizate incat sa nu piarda clientela locala, prin forta lucrurilor conservatoare. pe scurt, desi bucatarii sunt chinezi, abia de simti condimentele chinezesti care prin aroma pregnanta ar putea contraria papila gustativa sibiana ( anason stelat, ghimbir, coriandru etc). doar sosul de soia e pregnant ca gust, dar el nu contrariaza papilele gustative locale. altminteri nimic de reprosat - in raport cu concurenta de la asian box din mall ul de langa gara, aici stir fry ul e executat bine, legumele sunt crunchy nu devin flescaite si transformate in tocanitze. de asemenea, retetele nu sunt imbunatatite, adaptate, prin adaugarea de legume de sezon locale precum dovleceii de la asian box. piesa de rezistenta vedeta localulului e un preparat vegetarian cu tofu, matasos, care chiar are gustul original de coriandru si e ornat cu ceapa verde. merita 5 stele fara discutie. foarte bun. buna si salata de urechi de lemn cu usturoi, dar aia nu e complicat de preparat... all in all pana una alta yummy yang e deocamdata the best you can get in materie de mancare chinezeasca in sibiu. n ar strica sa experimenteze macar inca un preparat precum cel cu tofu, dar cu carne de pui, care e ieftina - un preparat care sa se riste mizand pe retata originala. ca carnivor a fost frustrant sa mananc un stir fry de vita executat bine dar destul de plictisitor in care se simtea doar sosul de vita si niciun condiment si sa o invidiez pe soru mea pt mancarea de tofu. la ambianta nu fac mofturi, prefer oricand un restaurant langa o sosea in zona de mall uri decat...

I wouldn't say the food tastes consistently good. The spicy-sour soup is either extremely good, or too gelatinous and becomes disgusting. Miso soup is pleasant. A lot of variety. Ice cream is meh. Sweets...
