Restaurant Savarin — Restaurant in Bacău

A great restaurant. Great atmosphere. I’m their customer at the hotel since I started having business trips to Bacău and was always satisfied. Tonight, I enjoyed their tomato cream soup, which was great. I recommend to try it, you will like their special way of making it.

Edit, Sept 2021: Most of their dishes are presented beautifully. The personell is always friendly. (Added a photo of the way the smoked salmon with rucola was served today). A few months ago I was driving through Bacau and in a bit of a hurry, they took my order via the phone. I arrived, waited for 5 more minutes, ate, paid and left.

Almost good, the staff is ok, nice trained. The food presentation is amazing The food, not so good. Not very well cooked and everything is heavy, with a loot of fat. Plus if you use a name (well known) for one of the courses, please, at least make it as close as it should be. Some of the stuff on your menu is centuries old, I would love to get at least the taste eith small variations not something full of heavy cream...

One evening experience, rated by my daughter with 6 points from 10 due to huge discrepancy between the offer and the price. All food has been served on the same plate.
