McDonald’s — Restaurant in Bucharest

The food is consistently slow to cook and the service is VERY lacking in the politeness department. After waiting between 20 and 30 minutes, every time, someone yells some numbers and puts some bags on the counter. You might be tempted to ask which bag has YOUR number, to avoid taking the wrong one. Like I did. It's no use, as you will either get a blank stare or they'll just run to the back and ignore you. Needless to say, while I waited, I witnessed many orders being mixed up.

Also: Nobody speaks English amongst the staff When I told a cashier I needed to speak to the manager about a business proposal, she couldn't call him/her, nor give me a phone number, not even an email address, but she suggested I leave MY card with them, and they'll call me IF they are interested (interested in what?! Since they never heard my proposal)....

Still holds its first position for absurd waiting times which is made worse by the egoistic employees who feel as if they are running their parents' business. The staff just give out bad vibes. No courtesy at all, just always busy doing nothing. Bad attitude is the only thing what I can give them 5 stars. Regular customers wait 45 -60 minutes, for curiers, even worse. As a delivery person I always end up cancelling my orders after wasting an hour waiting for nothing. It is a huge compliment to snails if you consider this place "fast" food. As a central Mcdonalds hub for the area this place in particular has absurd waiting times. Food delivery services come in, pick up and go in under 5 min. Regular customers wait 45 -60 minutes. This is poor customer service made worse by low number of staff. As a walk in client i could not care less about their other priorities for the various food delivery services. I refuse to wait one hour for a meal. If i hadn't payed already i would have given up 20 min ago. It is a huge compliment to snails if you consider this place "fast" food. TLDR: hour long wait times.
