Del Ponte — Restaurant in Târgoviște

Never again - we reserved a table for a birthday dinner for 12. The manager, Adriana, promised us, that the kids could play, no work by the Pavillion, all will be fine. We arrived the next day at 4 pm. No table provided, playground blocked for the kids, no person feels responsible. We were waiting in the full sun for some action. Finally they got done very dirty tables, carried by some very smelly workers, the dirt was covered with some damaged blankets. The glasses and the cutlery was placed without accuracy. The whole service was a mess. Pizzas were served nearly cold and not at the same time. We had to ask for service if we got thirsty, to get something. There are much better restaurants in Targoviste, like the Toscany for example. Never again. Mistakes could happen, no problem, but you should then try your best to repair it... Lower than average food, bad service,...

Good place If you want to ruined an event. They are not capable to manage right an event, more than one hour to get your order and if you are lucky will get what you ordered, music is so loud that you can't speak whit other people's from you table, the food is already cold... On the main (steak) they are left without bread and served without, only with pickles... Never see something like that... So, I do not think it's a good idea to plan something...

The place is well decorated and has good food. Unfortunately the menu of the day is not very diversificated. A few soups, 3 or 4 and a few options for second dish. The good part of their menu is the price, very chip, 13 lei. This menu contains a desert and water, sparkling or simple. A bad part of this restaurant is the location, far away from center. Overall...
