Completely Unacceptable Experience
I am utterly shocked and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and care at this establishment.
During our recent visit, we discovered that the staff served five sugary drinks to our 3- and 4-year-old children without any adult consent. These drinks were given while the children were in the play area, and we only noticed it because two were added to our receipt—the remaining three weren’t even accounted for, which raises further concerns about their billing practices.
When we contacted the restaurant for clarification, their excuse was that a staff member asked the kids if their parents allowed them to have the drinks, and the kids said yes. They are FOUR years old. How can any responsible establishment justify leaving decisions like this to toddlers?
What if one of the children had a medical condition like diabetes or severe allergies? Who would have taken responsibility then? It’s not only irresponsible, it’s downright dangerous.
To add to that, the “play area” turned out to be a place where the kids were left watching TV and being handed sugary drinks with zero adult supervision. That is not what parents expect when trusting a venue with their children, and certainly not when they’re unknowingly footing the bill for it.
We will never return, and I would strongly caution other parents from bringing their children here. This experience has left me furious and appalled. It’s a disgraceful way to treat families and a clear violation of...

I’ve eaten here often since I live nearby, but I’ve started to limit my visits due to the poor waiter service. The food is good, and the building itself is pleasant with a welcoming atmosphere. They even have a playground in one of the apartments above the restaurant, which is a nice touch for families. Parking is also convenient, just 25 meters to the left of the entrance.
However, the real issue here is the staff. Like in many Romanian restaurants, the waiters are amateurs with no sense of professionalism. One evening, a waiter actually asked me to clear some items off my own table to make room for more food. He didn’t even realize how rude he was being—too stupid to understand basic service etiquette, which is unfortunately a common issue. Still confused how this people have jobs...
At my own restaurant, I have exclusively Nepalese staff, who are leagues better—always polite, attentive, and with the right attitude. It’s a shame how deeply rooted the staff problem is here, but luckily, these waiters will likely end up in France or elsewhere, where they can complain about their lives instead of projecting it onto my dinner.
If the service improved, I’d consider coming back more often. Until then, it’s just not worth the...
Read moreWe were there 2 months ago and that experience was much better. We asked for simple pasta for kids and it was even unsalted. I asked to bring more tea and waiter turned his back. Ladies in kids room were really unhappy to see kids. At the end we had to ask thrice to bring the check. I’m really frustrated what happened because first time when we were there the stuff was friendly and all the food was great
Sorry, I don’t know how to answer that’s why I edit. You are mistaken. We were 2 families with two kids. I personally didn’t ask for hot water and I paid for 4 teas in check. I was called to take my kid from kids room and she was very surprised that I came to take her. I didn’t see another adults there except two ladies in a bad mood. We would be glad to visit your place again if you settle things...
