Shame too bad to judge with only 1 star such a beautiful place, but the service offered is bad. Let's start from the service: Completely absent, we asked for napkins and cutlery 3 times and only after 15 minutes they brought everything but to the table next to ours. The burgers arrived without the fries when it was specified to bring them together, the fries arrived 10 minutes after the burgers. The only way to get the waiter's attention was to get up and go find another waiter, but even that didn't help much.

Regarding Quality and Prices: 1000+ rub for 1 Burger ? Ok, I can be fine paying this price but the burger must be perfect, something special and certainly of high quality, instead we ate a very simple burger without too many wow, with the flavor of a flame (highly carcinogenic) cold and without chips and we see that the kitchen staff started this job yesterday for the first time.

fries ? should be crunchy and not raw or am I wrong? 3 portions of chips and all raw and arrived 15 minutes after the burger was already on the table.

Very expensive place for simple food and they are more focused how the cafe looks like rather than for service. In the menu they call large size cappuccino with no indication of size. In the small cup of coffee after you pay they add just a half of cup because as per them they do not have a bigger cup. Живу рядом и знаю это место со дня его основания. Дети любят сюда ходить. Есть пиццу, играть в мяч, бегать и качаться на качелях. Мне тоже нравиться внешний вид заведения. Но с каждым разом, после посещения The Rink осознаю, что низкий уровень сервиса настолько всё отравляет, что удовольствия от посещения просто не получаешь. Хожу сюда только ради детей. Самое странное в данной ситуации то, что о отсутствии качественного сервиса говорят практически все завсегдатаи. Говорят и пишут. Но ничего не меняется. Администрация уделят больше внимания внешнему виду сотрудников, а не их профессиональным качествам. вот и сегодня, двое молодых людей не смогли запомнить цвет заказанного мною вина и количество заказанных пицц ( 2 штуки!!!). В результате, послали третьего извиняться 😂. Перепутали всё. При практически пустом ресторане, дети получили пиццу через час после посадки. И так каждый раз!
