Stayed at the resort in May 2017 and was not disappointed. Staff were friendly and helpful and food is good and reasonably priced. There is a small surcharge to use the spa facilities 15 Bulgarian Lev - approx £6 but well worth it given the facilities inside, hot tub, plunge pool, herb sauna, Turkish bath, infra red sauna and indoor swimming...

Отмечали день рождения тестя на днях, все очень понравилось! Ресторан существует очень давно, еда вся вкусная и разнообразная, посетители соответствуют статусу заведения, обслуживание хорошее. Теперь что касается цен на блюда, они чуть завышены по моему мнению. Еще не понравился момент когда попросили администратора подойти и попросили решить вопрос со скидкой по карте в юбилей (карта была дома), а администратор ничего не объясняя сказала, что тут так не принято. Даже не попыталась как то выйти из положения с гостями которые оставляют приличные суммы. Итог, все нормально, кроме этой ложки дегтя в бочке меда! Жаль, что управляющий не научил администратора выходить красиво из таких ситуаций. По этому...
