Dew Drops Restaurant / Bar — Restaurant in Nevis

We've been a couple of times, as a couple or bringing friends. The food is simple, but exquisitely prepared. I'd put their pasta dinner (penne in an Alfredo sauce, I had the chicken) up with any Italian restaurant's, at a fraction of the cost. Similarly, the chicken quesadilla was delicious, with diced tomato and cucumber inside. The cream of pumpkin soup was a delightful surprise, and the cod fritters were declared (by our friend who ate a LOT of fritters growing up) to be almost as good as his mother's. Every meal comes with a fresh and delicious side salad, and most come with a side starch. The serving sizes are ample, filling up even the hungriest of our diners, and yielding a second meal of leftovers for the least hungry. The view is gorgeous, as is the garden seating area. Tucked away off the beaten track, Dew Drops is nothing short of spectacular. The atmosphere is welcoming, laid-back, and authentically Nevis. The outdoor gardens complement the hideaway. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — be sure to ask for Purple! She served us with a warm, infectious smile that made the experience even more memorable.

The restaurant is locally owned, and it shows in the care and quality of everything they serve. Vegetables are farm-to-table fresh, and the seafood comes straight from the Caribbean Sea — you can taste the difference in every bite.
