10 Dec 2022 i had dinner here with a cuz of mine, i need meat at the time and i decided to try out the Harbourside Cafe, we were there at 7pm we decided to order NZ Steak, vergies n marsh, all my favorite, i asked the waitress please let the chef know our Steaks to be well done not burn. we waited over an 1hr i started to worry because we were the only customers the whole time but we enjoyed our catch up while waiting, oww and our Maitai...lol. Our dinner arrived i was so thrilled it smelled so boody good and the presentation of the dish was Fabulous so to cut thru the Steak oww my cuz looked at me and said, what now? I said to her is perfect is sooo well done perfectly not dry just perfect, omg eat it. 🤣we sure cleaned our plates. Thats my Steak Place from now on. I direct everyone i can't serve to here. Came here for breakfast, and the service was horrible! Food was great but the girl who served us was terrible! Not once she came to our table to ask if we needed any beverage. We had to go up and tell her what we wanted she was more worried of the song she wanted play, not to mention the music was very loud! Maybe it’s the reason why she got our order wrong! Don’t know if she was poorly trained because she was nice I just felt she didn’t know what she was doing. She would be a good DJ because she made sure the music was consistently playing! Great Cafe, probably the best to suit fussy travellers from Aus and Nz. Nice clean tables and decor, great menu with good selection of food. The portion size of the chicken burgers and club sandwiches is very large.
They make a fantastic Vai To Polo ( samoan lemonade) great refreshing drink.
Close to the Ferry terminal so great spot to stop after arriving to savaii or about to get on and head back to Upolu.
Only thing to watch is the little local.kids selling their home made products, if you dont have a strong stomach do not consume anything...
