One of the fine dine restaurants in rajkot. Went after it became trending for using liquid nitrogen in dishes. The ambience, quality of food and service is excellent. They even prepare their own breads and have a bakery shop next to this restaurant. They have really well expertise on the service part. Do call and book when you want to visit as it might have waiting if you go direct walkin. . Once you place an order it comes within 10 minutes. So fast and efficient is their service. . The food is awesome and would really look forward to visit again and try other dishes. Some dishes are prepared in front of you. So anything on the menu that has written live beside the item will be prepared in front of you. . We ordered - .

1. Bhel (live) - First the serving plate is decorated by a staff member. Serving plate is a big black flat stone. Then after it is decorated the chef comes and starts making bhel in a bowl. He mentions every ingredient which he uses and mixes in the bhel. Then the chutneys are added as per your preference. Then liquid nitrogen is poured. Then the bhel is served on the serving plate. Then again sev and some few ingredients are added. Then the chef ask if you want the dish crispy or more crispy and accordingly the liquid nitrogen is poured. Coming to the taste, it was perfect. All the ingredients were really crispy and cold. You can taste all the different ingredients that are used. Like everything maintained its unique flavour even after being mixed properly. . Other items in which nitrogen liquid was used are kachori and pani puri. Yes even the mint and sweet chutneys have liquid nitrogen in it. Kachori is prepared similar to the bhel. .
2. Veggie pizza - They have wood fire pizza and the dough as mentioned before is prepared by them. So you won't be disappointed with any pizza you order. It was well cooked and even the pizza was soft and moist. The veggies were proper. In short pizza lovers will love this place. .
3. Hummus - We ordered hummus and they suggested if we would like pita bread or lavash with it. We ordered lavash. So well the serving dish was awesome. Must comment all the dishes are served in different and unique plates. I loved the presentation of hummus and lavash. The lavash was black in colour. So it was something different too. Usually they are brown. The hummus was nice and cold. We ordered pita bread afterwards. Even that was freshly cooked and served. It was very soft. Perfect hummus I would say. .
4. Vada pav spring roll - As the name suggests it was spring roll with vada pav filling in it. It was very yum. It is little spicy. Even the spring roll was cooked so well and it was very crispy. It was a new combination and I will say they nailed it. It was simple yet so flavourful dish. .
5. Elderflower and orange ice tea - It was good. It had unique taste. Loved it. And there is even one nitrogen based mocktail if you would like to try. I wanted to but I was full. . So in all the quality of food and the service is very quick so you won't have to wait after you order. Which is I guess the best usp of Saraza. Even the pricing isn't very expensive. It is reasonable for the quality they are providing. The staff is also well trained and welcoming. Everything is so perfect here. It does feel like you are dining in 4 or 5 star restaurant.
