Good food and even better customer service. I’m from London, UK and working in Al Wajh for a few months so wanted to grab a quick bite. I used the ‘Done KSA’ app to order from here because I was a little far from the restaurant. Despite having technical issues with ordering, they rep who manages the business account on Google/Instagram was super kind and offered to deliver food and add extras whilst giving me the chance to pay once the issues was resolved. I couldn’t take up the offer and just ordered the next day. But very kind gesture. The clear communication and response times were surprisingly great, especially in English!. You don’t get many restaurants this remote being reachable and accommodating.

Thé Food was presented well in modern neat packing (apologies forgot to take all photos of the food!!). Everything tasted fresh and prepared well in a hygienic environment. I went for the Akkawi & Zaatar (delicious), Sharwama pie (wholesome), large Saaj sharwama (nicely roasted tortilla/wrap), Chicken Musakkhan (a tad dry for me and wasn’t familiar with the spices). The dough tasted fresh and was very soft.
