This coffee shop is one of the best in Hail. The interior features stunning Sakura trees that reach up to the ceiling, adorned with a winter theme. We enjoyed two hot chocolates, each topped with a complimentary slice of waffle, along with slices of chocolate cheesecake and lemon cake. The staff, especially the Filipino and the man at the entrance, were exceptionally accommodating.

First, the Arabic-speaker gave up on taking my order because Arabic is not my first language. Then, no one told me they have no mocha of any kind when I ordered. They just brought out coffee to me, then got it wrong a second time when I returned it for the mocha. Only then did I learn there is no mocha. No one wanted to tell me there was none. I had a terrible experience, I came there at 6:10am ordered two croissants and two drinks, went to sit upstairs to wait they gave me the device that rings when the food is done but after 30 minutes nothing happened, when I went downstairs to ask they gave me no explanation and I saw them print a new recipe!
