An excellent experience in both flavor and presentation. The overall atmosphere was calm and perfect for either lunch or dinner. My order was Verdure Mista salad a rich yet light salad with very fresh ingredients. The dressing was well-balanced—enhancing the flavor without overpowering the vegetables. The restaurants offers Best ever Italian food in Hail. It is tranquil and cozy. The food is so soooooo delicious. I've ordered bene pasta , aupergiene rolls covered with chesse, Margarita and Badella's pizza , Salad , spicy dynamite shrimp along with dips. Everything tastes great. The flavours are unique indeed. The most important merit is that it is not bustling with music and songs. The smell of it is so nice. But the thing that I don't like about it is the dim and dark decor. الحديث عن المطعم في السوشل الميديا آلفت انتباهي لهذا المطعم من ناحية جودة الطعام في هذا المطعم ، لكن لم تتيح لي الفرصة آن اتذوق من الآطباق لآسباب معينه

سوء استقبال الحجوزات من إدارة المطعم رغم الحجز المسبق بثلاث ليالي أو أكثر ، وبعد الاستفسار عن الحجوزات اتضح أن ليس هناك استراتجيه او نظام معين لآستقبال الحجوزات أشعرت بتناقض في الحديث من ناحية الحجز ، بعد الرد عليا بالبريد برفض الحجز تم التواصل معي عبر الهاتف و أن أقوم بزيارة المطعم في يوم الحجز ليتم تسهيل آجراءات الدخول للمطعم ، لكن كان هناك هدر للوقت وإساءة في التعامل كان هناك موظف في الاستقبال ادهشني تعامله يظن آنك داخل إلى بيته وليس إلى مطعم متطفل و لا يحسن التحدث إلى العملاء ، لكن لا أنكر أن كان هناك في الاستقبال موظف من الجنسية الفلبينيه كان لطيف في الحديث أدباً وخلق وذوق في التعامل ، آتمنى من إدارة المطعم التوفيق والنجاح لكن أن تعرف جيداً أن نجاح أي مطعم لا يعتمد كثيراً على جودة الآكل فقط بل يكون أولاً تعامل مقدمي الخدمة على طراز عالي و أن تجعل هناك تقيم لمقدمي الخدمة لآنهم...
