Had Kabsa and two other chicken dishes. All three dishes came across as identical plain roast chicken served with rather uncreative rice. The only distinction was the flavor of spices on the skin. Not bad tasting but certainly did not give a great impression of the regional dishes - if these were truly representative of how kabsa and mandi are cooked then I would hope that a modern chef feom Saudi or Yemen would be able to come up with a more inspiring interpretaion.
