I recently visited the McDonald’s branch in Ummul Hammam and spent some time at their McCafé corner. The experience was overall pleasant, especially because of the staff. A special thanks to Carlos, who kindly explained more about the McDonald’s app and how I could take advantage of its features, rewards, and discounts. His assistance really added value to my visit.
I ordered the Caramel Macchiato (10 SAR) and the Salted Caramel Macdalen (9 SAR). To my surprise, the macdalen only cost 5 SAR with the app offer, which made the treat even sweeter. The coffee was smooth and flavorful, and the macdalen was soft, rich, and paired perfectly with the drink.
The place itself was clean and welcoming, making it a nice stop for coffee or snacks. However, I noticed that there were no electrical outlets available, which can be a downside if you plan to bring a laptop and do some work while enjoying your coffee.
