McDonald's — Restaurant in Al Naseem Municipality

Hi, good day! I would like to share my experienced recently in mc donalds at nasem khurais rd. I ordered 2 chocolate ice cream cones but the cashier punched it to vanilla plain. In pick up window the employee gave me vanilla as per the receipt, I told him that my order is chocolate not vanilla, the crew said that they don't have chocolate while the cashier asked me in the microphone if chocolate or vanilla flavor. Actually, I don't eat vanilla that's why I insisted to replace the ice cream to chocolate flavor, the crew refused to change my order as he said that they are not allowed to replace the order because it was punched already, at the same time the chocolate flavor not available according to him. This crew shouldn't work in this station because he would not able to satisfy the customer need,and he is lying to me, he must be helpful to us! Anyway, I would like to express my gratitude and please share this appreciation to the manager in charge named Jhays from Indian national I think. He really make me satisfied after all. Disappointing Experience Due to Hostile Staff

My recent visit to McDonald's was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the staff were not in a good mood. There were arguments happening among the employees, creating a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere. Almost all the employees we encountered were unwelcoming, which completely ruined our mood and evening.

There should be a basic level of decorum maintained, especially at a well-known establishment like McDonald's. It's unfortunate that such behavior was on full display, as it overshadowed what should have been a simple and enjoyable meal. I hope management addresses these issues to prevent future customers from experiencing the same...

I love their ice cream and milk shakes. They serve the most creamy and thick ice cream as compared to other brands There's no match like their French fries. I like their peri peri burger a lot . Their staff is so polite and friendly. If you download their app you get multiple offers and deals in the app plus you get discount on many deals. Mac Donald's is always a best choice for fast food and when you can't decide what to eat. Best for late night cravings as they deliver food at you door step. They have a very nice and colourful kids play area plus they also serve tasty variety of kids meal as well. You can get your meal through drive thru or you can dine in , both option are available when you visit the Mac Donald's.
