I recently visited the McDonald's located at Al Imam Al Shafi in Al Manar, and I had a positive experience worth sharing.
The restaurant stands out with its excellent service – the staff is friendly, attentive, and ensures a prompt and pleasant dining experience. Placed conveniently at a junction, it's easily accessible, and its proximity to other popular outlets like Al Othaim Supermarket, Baskin Robbins, Dunkin Donuts, and Wister adds to the overall convenience.
One notable feature is the spacious parking area, making it hassle-free for customers to find a spot. The availability of a drive-through further enhances the convenience, catering to those on the go.
The atmosphere inside McDonald's is inviting, creating a comfortable environment for patrons. Families with kids will appreciate the dedicated play area, providing a family-friendly ambiance. This thoughtful addition adds to the overall appeal, especially for those looking for a quick meal with their children.
In summary, the McDonald's at Al Imam Al Shafi in Al Manar not only delivers on the fast-food experience but also excels in service, convenience, and family-friendly features. It's a recommended spot for a quick bite or a...
Read moreAbout 15 years ago, I had a meal at a McDonald's and quickly figured that they must be the worst possible joint! The fries reeked of burning oil, and I couldn't even finish the burger! That's how horrible it was. I vowed then to not set foot in a McDonald's again. A few years later, I was dragged into another McDonald's by some friends. I figured I'd be safe if I ordered something that had chicken in it, but I couldn't have been more wrong; I took exactly one bite and had a gag reflex and almost threw up from the taste of burned oil. I just can't for the life of me understand why so many people still eat there! It may be because the places are designed to imbue a touch of faux outwardly class, but that's all. The food is and always has been seriously, almost criminally, lacking in quality, taste, or value. Really, just go elsewhere. There are far better chain and independent burger...
Read moreI had a very bad experience from McDonald. I order from the machine and paid money and the money deducted from my account. And I didn’t get any receipt and I asked from the counter. They said it’s company problem they can’t do anything. If you want to eat you need to pay again.
During Ramadan if you are going to a restaurant with family all are hungry and I make complain to the customer care agent and she saying it’s company system problem she can’t do anything. I told her I will put google review and she told me , do what you want to do.
I thought McDonald is an international food chain all the customers expecting quality food and good customer service. If I can give - ve star I would give. Very sad if it is happened with restaurant counter and the same thing happen with customer care department.
