فينور — Restaurant in Al-Qassim Province

Very poor and unprofessional service and staff. I made a reservation over the phone the day before for an outdoor table for iftar in ramadan (i gave my name and phone number) and they said that i don't need to pay to confirm my reservation. They cancelled our reservation due to weather conditions (heavy rain) without calling me back and letting me know. I was trying to call the restaurant to ensure that my appointment is not cancelled and they were not picking up at all. Anyhow when we showed up they told us to wait and we waited for more than an hour and then there was a non occupied table which they prioritized for a customer that came as walk in at 5 pm although i made a reservation before him over the phone the night before. They didn't even give us dates at first to break our fast (only one of the employees did later). The manager was very rude to me saying that it’s no their fault it’s mine for not paying ahead (although he said it’s not mandatory to pay) and he denied that i called and gave my infos for the reservation and they didn't even give my name to the receptionist except on the same day. He didn’t even apologize

In conclusion: Manager had very poor and rude attitude, he was unprofessional and denied that I made an official reservation and was blaming me instead of apologizing for their mistake And w ended up leaving without eating iftar after waiting for...

I recently visited Mohammed Talha Restaurant, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience!

Atmosphere: The restaurant boasts a cozy atmosphere with beautiful decor that reflects local culture. The place was clean and well-organized, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.

Service: The customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly and very attentive, promptly addressing all our needs.

Food: As for the food, it was undoubtedly the highlight of the experience. The menu had a great variety of dishes with rich flavors. I tried the grilled platter, which was absolutely delicious, and the desserts were perfect to wrap up the meal.

Prices: The prices were reasonable considering the quality offered, making it an excellent choice for families and friends.

الاكل 🔺 لذيذ وطازج ويوصلكم ساخن التنوع بالمنيو والاصناف شي جميل خصوصاً لو معكم ناس اختياراتها مختلفه الطعم جميل لكن احياناً يتغير 🤷🏻‍♀️ الكميه اشوفها مناسبه لكن الاسعار احسها ↖️↖️ ياليت تركزون على الاسعار حتى اسعار المشروبات ⁉️ الخدمه🔺 الخدمه جميله من اول ماتدخلون يسالونكم جلسه مغلقه او مفتوحه اللي ياخذ الاطباق حريص وينتبه ويعدل الطلب اعجبني حتى يتفادى الاخطاء ، الطللب بسرعه يوصل اهنيكم اللي يقدم الاكل يسالكم اذا تحتاجون شي حتى اذا جيتوا تحاسبون يعرفون يقسمون الفاتوره عندهم هالخدمه متاحه ✔️

المكان 🔺 المكان وسيع ريحته حلوه نظيف دورة المياه - تكرمون - نظيفه دايم ✔️ الجلسات الداخلية و الخارجية نظيفه

الحجز🔺 يفضل تحجزون قبل خصوصاً الويكند عشان ماتنتظرون كثير 😩

الطاقم 🔺 الطاقم السعودي اللي موجودين يخدمونك بشكل بشوشين وسمحين خدمتهم فوق المعقول الله يجزاهم خير 👏🏻.

Eating🔺 Delicious and fresh, and suddenly you get variety in the menu and items, which is a nice thing, especially if you have people with you. Our options are different. The taste is nice but there is no 🤷🏻‍♀️ I find the quantity reasonable but the prices are disappointing ↖️↖️ I hope you can accept the prices even the drinks prices!! Service🔺 The service is beautiful. From the first time you enter, they ask you whether it is a closed session or an open one. The person who takes the dishes to serve them, pays attention and adjusts the order. I liked that it avoids mistakes. Order arrives quickly. I congratulate you. To serve food, he asks you if you need anything If you go to an accountant, you will know how to divide the bill. They have this service available✔️

The place 🔺 The place is spacious, smells nice, and is clean. The bathroom - Tikrmon - Always clean✔️ The interior and exterior arrangements are clean

Booking 🔺 It is best to book in advance, especially on weekends, as there are a lot of people waiting 😩

The staff 🔺 The Saudi heroes who are here serve you with pleasure and offer their service above all else. May God reward them with goodness👏🏻.
