HAI Coffee & Roasters is a hidden gem for true coffee enthusiasts. Tucked into a quiet corner, the shop isn’t very big, but that’s part of its charm. The cozy and calm atmosphere makes it a perfect spot to unwind, read, or work without distractions.

I tried their Coffee of the Day, which featured two single-origin options: Brazilian and Costa Rican. The Brazilian brew was smooth and nutty with low acidity—a comforting, classic profile that’s easy to enjoy. The Costa Rican, on the other hand, had a brighter character with citrus and floral notes, offering a more adventurous cup. Both were brewed beautifully, showcasing the beans’ natural flavor profiles.

I also ordered a Cortado and a Flat White. The cortado had a bold espresso base with just the right amount of milk to mellow it out while keeping the strong flavor intact. It was perfectly balanced and had a silky finish. The flat white was creamy, with a velvety texture and rich espresso flavor—definitely a standout.

The baristas clearly know their craft, and it shows in the consistency and care of every drink.

Why not five stars? Just a minor detail—the limited seating might not accommodate larger groups, and it could get crowded at peak hours. Still, it adds to the intimate vibe.
