This branch has always been one of our favorite places to enjoy meals and coffee. Unfortunately, today’s experience was very disappointing. When we arrived at the drive-through, the car in front of us seemed to be experiencing an issue with their order. When it was our turn, we tried placing an order at the speaker and called out multiple times, but we received no response. We then proceeded to the cashier window to explain, but the staff member (Nawaf Al Sehri) was very rude and argumentative, blaming us for not ordering at the speaker. Despite our explanation, he spoke to us in an unprofessional manner, with zero customer service. This incident has left a negative impression, and we’re hesitant to return to this branch. I’m a huge 1/2M fan and I love their drinks. Their Ice Signature is a must try! However their Pistachio Latte is very sweet and I couldn’t drink it after 2 sips! Parking is available behind the building. Commenting on their drive thru, it’s very slow! They should adopt a proper drive thru system to speed the line.

The reason I gave this branch a 2 star is because of how much noise the staff makes! The staff bangs the door, abruptly closes the closet doors and abruptly scoops ice from the tray which leads to a lot of noise pollution in the cafe. It gets very hard to sit inside and enjoy the coffee because of this. The staff should learn to be more gentle and to take care of the cafe’s atmosphere.
