Al Tazaj — Restaurant in undefined

I’ve been a regular customer of Tazaj in Riyadh for the past 8 to 10 years, but unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience at this branch. I waited nearly 25 minutes for someone to clean the table after I asked multiple staff members. Before the table was cleaned, my order arrived, and I had to wait an additional 10-12 minutes for a staff member to clean it.

I usually enjoy Al Tazaj and have visited several branches across Saudi Arabia, but this branch was disappointing. The food didn’t meet their usual standards,the chicken tasted a bit off.

Cleanliness was a major issue. The bathrooms were in terrible condition, with a strong smell and dirty floors. Even though the place looks fairly new, it’s poorly maintained and lacks proper management.

في رمضان وصلت لهم في وفت أذان المغرب ماكان فيه الا عامل استقبال واحد بين القسمين العوائل والأفراد، والعامل بارد وجه ما يرد الا بطرف عينه ونفسيته خايسة وتأخر الى أن أخذ الطاب مني مع اني كنت لحالي في قسم العوائل ولكنه يتأخر في أخذ الطابات من قسم الأفراد وبعد ما أخذ طابي قال رح واعط الفاتورة للعامل الي فوق ولكن للأسف ما لقيت فرق أي عمال، فاضطريت للنزول مرة أخرى للاستقبال وبلغته انه مافيه عمال فوق، قال عادي كلهم يفطرون !!! وهذا امر غريب عمال مطعم يتركون الزباين ويجلسون كلهم يفطرون؟! شي غريب وبعدها جلست نصف ساعة ماحركوا في طلبي ساكن إلى ان جيتهم وبديت احثهم على انجاز الطلب وتكللت مساعيّ بالنجاح واعطوني طلبي، ولكن للاسف انسدت نفسي من سوء المعاملة ولا أكلت وطلعت وأخذت الأكل معي سفري علماً بأن جودة الأكل طيبة ولكن العاملين سيئين باستثناء موظف الأمن كان متفاعل، وانا ما ألوم العاملين بقدر ما اوجه اللوم للإدارة ، لو فيه متابعة لجودة الخدمة ما كان يحصل كذا، سيبقى الطازج محبوبنا ولو زعلونا...
