ALBAIK — Restaurant in Al-Urayja Municipality

The cooks are fast the cashiers are fast but the people who take orders are incredibly slow very bad experience never going back to that branch again until they don't change the staff that takes orders my order was ready but they didn't give it to me until it got cold that was waste of money and time my head is about to explode from anger i was eating cold food dinning in u people need to change the staff that gives orders immediately we don't want them not at any cost they are so bad i am hating my self for wasting time and money at that place just bcz of them first of all u keep waiting more than ever than get ignored and then get cold food al baik used to be very famous for the rapid service but this branch is harming the brand's reputation in a lots of ways see the reviews...

Today I tried Al-Baik Restaurant, Al-Qasr Mall branch. The order takes time, but it is worth the wait and is reasonable in price. Thank you, Al-Baik I was a bit sad that the claasic taste of the famous Al Baik Broasted Chicken is gone. The chicken is hard and less tender. But the burger is now getting better. As always, I have to wait for a long time to get my chicken as the staff is making their self look busy but actually not. For example, I saw one staff just keep on walking and searching for something that he couldn't find. I don't know. Lastly, they have the worst...

I dont know about non vegetarian food but vegetarian options are available ,we ordered through noon. Vegetarian falafel sandwich is available but my kids dont eat ,We ordered 2 veg sandwiches as we are vegetarian ,my kids didnt like the smell and denied to eat. This is my review.I dont know about others. The cost of falafel sandwich is not worth it because it was so small. 1 falafel sandwich is 6 riyal.one of my friend also ordered and they did not like too. I dont know which type of smell it was, we ordered before from others restaurant, all were very yummy...
