I would like to share my recent experience at your Dunkin’ branch today, 02 October 2025, at 12:54 PM. I ordered a black coffee with long donuts in a small size, but the staff informed me that the small size has not been available for the past three days. This is the second time I have faced this issue at the same branch.

Additionally, the staff’s behavior and body language were unprofessional, and I also noticed poor grooming standards being maintained. Such practices not only affect the customer experience but may also harm the overall brand image of Dunkin’.

I strongly recommend that proper customer service and hygiene training be provided to the baristas and staff at this branch to maintain the standards associated...

دانكن الدائري الغربي،خدمه السيارات،قبل جامع الشيخ الفريان،كارفور،26 مخرج حمزه, بداية الافتتاح جيد والان انخفض المستوى لعدة اسباب منها، تغير طعم القهوه، عدم جودة الدونات، عدم الاهتمام بالنظافه بمحيط الموقع،عامل واحد لايكفى ويسبب زحمه عند المحطه،هذا الفرع فقد رونقه، *اقتراح - يلزم الاهتمام بالنظافه، - اعادة ترتيب وصيانه الموقع، - يفضل اكثر من موظف خاصه وقت الذروه، - لم اشاهد موظف من المواطنين. وقت ممتع للجميع.

نجمة فقط للموقع وبدون شك 5 نجوم لدانكن اجد علامات استفهام لدى الكثير ممن يرتادون هذا الموقع عن سبب تخاذل الشركة في خدمة عملاءها بشكل أفضل كشك في داخل محطة وقود يتسبب في تعطيل الحركة المرورية بين ممن يقصدون المحطة والكشك الخاص بشركة العريقة دانكن
