McDonald's — Restaurant in Al-Urayja Municipality

Really this is not first time this is second time I phase this issue with mc d suwaidi and really its unexpected...I order meal pack...my house 500m from mcd and I received cold burger but fries is warm...i can expact fries can be get warm due to delivery...but only 500m and cold fried chicken burger pathetic, i have attached images also if you see that cheese is still whope slice..not even little melt also...and I request add extra onion which is not in side its just made and throw to doggy like this they made burger both tomato one side each on top ... bun its dry no fresh...in delivery you pack burger when its hot and deliver it get more soft due to hotness but its breaking bread...I paid extra for sauce it received less than half ..really the team is v.bad spoiling reputation of brand....I thought its happened with me..but now I can see not only me other people as well has put nagative impression unsatisfactory...

Relly i think Macdonald's its popular restaurant and we now how they fast to get you the order and with good taste but today when i went to mac at 6 am they just open and they have say its 24 hours open and thats ok for me than i went to Drive Thru i ordered from mac app a grand chicken and 3 cheese burger with just 30 sr its good but after that i waited for like 10 to 15 minutes!! To get my order and i think that is not acceptable in Macdonald's because they are always get your order when you just stop at the food window its ready i hope it doesn't...

The WORST McDonald's I've ever eaten at!

I ordered delivery and it arrived an hour late. The chicken nuggets were cold and tasted like plastic! The fries were cold and had no flavor! The Big Mac was cold, with no lettuce, and the burgers were cold and plastic! The ice cream was defrosted and all liquid!

The person who delivered the food arrived 10 minutes from the establishment!
