تجربة شخصية - بحاجة لتحسين

زرت هذا المطعم كونه يقع بجوار مقر عملي، ويبدو أن الموقع مصمم لجذب موظفي الشركات القريبة. توقعت مستوى احترافي من الخدمة والنظافة، لكن للأسف تجربتي لم تكن مرضية.

عند دخولي، لم أقابل بأي ترحيب، ولا يوجد موظف استقبال يوجه أو يستقبل الزبائن، مما أعطى انطباعًا بعدم الاحترافية. المطعم كان شبه خال من الزبائن رغم توقيت الزيارة المناسب، وهو أمر لافت.

والأمر الذي أزعجني بشدة هو خروج أحد العاملين يُعتقد أنه الطباخ من المطبخ، والقيام بتنظيف أسنانه في منطقة الخدمة، وهو تصرف غير لائق ويعكس ضعفًا في الرقابة على سلوك العاملين.

أتمنى من إدارة المطعم تحسين مستوى الخدمة والاهتمام بالسلوك المهني والنظافة، خاصة أن الموقع مؤهل ليكون خيارًا جيدًا للموظفين في حال تم رفع مستوى...
