McDonald's — Restaurant in As Sali Municipality

McDonald's pretty much everyone knows it. And everyone loves it. A big variety of burgers and a couple of sandwiches too. A combination of deserts and iced drinks. Was the best pick for those who didn't know what to pick. Well now it is a failure of it's past. The taste degraded overall — they started using lower quality ingredients. Now every branch taste different they are mostly good to acceptable. Well except for Al malaz 60 street. It has the worst food. Almost never fresh burgers and half cold fries. Multiple times i received burnt burger. Which is to say a difficult thing to achieve since they are already cooked and all they had to do was to heat. The difference in food quality of the 60 street branch and the others is astronomical. Favorite grand chicken Series and...

Poor and slow service

I have waited 35-40 mins multiple times for my order on regular week days at an ordinary time. Either its a take out or dine in, they take too long to prepare. The order is right there but just to fill the bag in they take too long. People who ordered after me are served before.

The staff is panicking over the orders. They have given me wrong orders 3 times in the past 2 months. (They miss out burgers or nuggets).

I order my Drink without Ice, they never pay attention to the bill and always add ice.

No doubt the management is poor and needs...

Oh what I can say about this branch I placed an order for take away, when I reach home the whole order are wrong they exchanged burger with fries so I have a bunch of fries without a burger. I explain to the kids that this why we don’t like this restaurant. How did an employee act like this or is there a customer who will order a bunch of fries only.
