ALBAIK — Restaurant in Eastern Province

There seems to be a significant problem with the staff’s workflow.

In theory, when my number appears on the screen, I should be able to go to the counter and exchange my number for my meal. However, what actually happened was: my number was 432. When my number appeared on the screen, I went to the counter, and the staff took my number but then asked me to continue waiting at the counter. I stood there empty-handed, watching the staff haphazardly grab meals , like without knowing whose order they were for.

At least five other people were standing there with me, waiting. Finally, after more than 20 minutes waiting at the counter, and only when the screen displayed number 452, I received my meal.

Finally, when I received my two meals (one original, one spicy), the staff told me: 'I gave you both original, no spicy.' Then with a nervous expression, they asked me: 'Is that okay?'

I could only smile helplessly and say it was fine. God bless the ten customers behind me.

I had the pleasure of visiting this new branch of Albaik restaurant in Azizyah, Khobar. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered the spicy broasted chicken and jumbo shrimps and a side of fries.

The chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy, and the spices were perfectly balanced. The shrimps were also cooked perfectly, and they were so big that they were almost like lobsters. The rice was fluffy and flavorful, and the fries were crispy and delicious. I also ordered a milkshake, which was refreshing and sweet.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this branch of Albaik restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone looking for...

I ordered through Albaik application to collect from this store. Unfortunately, the delivery is a mess and not organized. The application shows that the order is ready to collect. However, no employee is collecting pre-order requests or organizing the queue. I waited around 10 minutes although the order is ready.

Employees ignorance of customers waiting to get their orders is not acceptable especially in such big company. Not organizing the queue leads to fights among customers being bypassed by others who came later and giving their orders to those careless employees.
