Food is good, and doing justice to price range for Buffet. Overall many option and quality of many dishes was upto the mark. Yeah some of indo chinese dishes was below the par. But overall good experiance apart from the below observation and experince. The waiter and serving staff need a lot of courtesy to be taught. They are absolutely pathetic, and they dont know the use of gentle and courteus word to use with customer. While people are serving themselves they were like shouting. Jaldi kare .. Thoda thoda le .. iftar ka hi le ..ye kare wo kare and that too in bad tone. This should not happen to someone who is fasting and paying money to you for food . See all other buffet dinner how courteous the waiter are . especially the man who has a huge tummy is indecent in behaviour. And need lot of training to serve hospitality industries. Been there after seeing their extensive advertising on tiktok. Unfortunately the service and the food itself is not up to the hype they’ve created. We took dinner buffet. There was no seating for family available as they have only a few family tables. We had to wait while standing in the corridor as no place for waiting. The buffet refilling was pathetic as nobody paid heed to refill even after repeated requests. There was no chicken at all in the biryani. Most pots were empty most of the time. I saw their waiters filled the specific order plates from the buffet section and not bothering to refill them. The taste was below average for most items. There was no proper management of empty plates spoons and bowls and it appeared like a charity food event despite of paying a good amount.
