I think Qasr Al Montazah resturant is one of the best restaurants in Saudi Arabia. I got surprised by the level of services and food and beverage set standers. Very nice silverware and presenting dishes. I have tried some arabic restaurants in most common food areas in the Middle East and were not meeting 20 % of my expectation and was very pricey vs. the food value too. Food, service, atmosphere, seating, and price everything superb and outstanding. 5 star for there service and food.so many items included in menu and price is so moderate not like khobar and dammam resturants. اليوم كانت زيارتي الأولى مع زوجتي وبنقل تجربتي مع المطعم، اولاً الديكور والجلسات ما عليها كلام شي جميل وراقي. والموظف الي خدمنا ذو اخلاق و خدمته طيبة وهو من الجنسية المصرية. للعلم ان المطعم كان فاضي مافي الا احنا بالنسبة للأكل طلبنا: كشري مع شاورما لحم كبة عرايسي كوكتيل مشكل طبقات و أول ما قُدِّم إلينا كان الكشري . الكشري كان بارد و اللحم طعمه جداً غريب وحتى شكله غريب وكميته قليلة . بعدين قُدِّم الينا الكبة. الطعم غريب شوي ومو مألوف. بعدها العصيرات: العرايسي: ابداً ليس مقبول، ما قدرت اشرب رشفة واحدة منه فلا أنصح به إطلاقاً. الكوكتيل الطبقات: لا يمت للطبيعي بصلة. لون الفراولة احمر غريب (كأنه ايسكريم توت احمر مذاب) ما اقدر اوصف اللون، لكن الطعم ماشي الحال. والعصير ليس بارداً.

عموماً الأكل ليس للدرجة الي تخليك تستلذ بالأكل. نصيحتي لإدارة المطعم هي: ان المطعم ديكوره جميل وموقعه ممتاز ولكن عليها ان تدير المطعم إدارة فنيَّة و إدارية، لأن اعتقد مما يبدو لي أن الإدارة تدير المطعم مالياً بسخاء دون أن تلتفت الى جودة...
