Fifth Season — Restaurant in undefined

I should have given a better rating but read on..... The food is absolutely wonderful. The Service staff are also friendly and mostly bi-lingual. However, the regular serving portions for that price level are small, so make sure you order a little more. Now for the Bad Part- I and family after enjoying a lovely dinner (Table# 230) on 24 May, we were waiting for the waitress to bring the bill but she was not in sight for a while, hence I called one of the other supervisors and asked for the bill. He promptly arranged a bill collector at our table with a digital tab, who cross checked my ordered items and then charged my mada card on his POS machine and he gave me the clearance and I got the debit message from my bank on my mobile as well. We walk to the parking lot and as I am opening my car door, another waiter who followed us puts forward his POS machine and said "you left without paying"!!! I was shocked and really angry. I showed him my mobile with SMS from my bank for my charge and he quickly left knowing well I would have given him a nice piece of my mind. I and my wife have travelled on six continents on our motorcycle and have visited hundreds of restaurants around the globe and have never been blamed for running away without paying a restaurant bill EVER. I am man of principles and integrity. So I felt very insulted and embarrassed as they had my whole order in digital format on the tab and when a payment is made there is enough technology to ensure it shows their bill is paid on the system. Probably, there was something in my dressing or ethnicity that looked suspect to the staff in the restaurant and made them do what they did. Very disgraceful and I am very hurt. Restaurant is good for parking and ambience. Dishes had a frozen taste, especially the meats. Most staff were pleasent, except the one who took our order. He came into our cabin and demanded we order quick, it may have been 2-3 minutes since we were seated. He dint even bother asking if we were ready to order, which we were, but demanded we do quickly. And ironically, I had to go and catch him from the main lobby to give him the order and even then at end, when I asked him can I ask you to make a change in the order, he just walked away. An attitude problem I would say. Then whilst coming out of the cabin to pay, I could see him arguing with a Saudi couple, and the reason being they came and sat on table by themselves. Quite unprofessional for a service staff and the way he spoke was totally unacceptable. I could see the couple was amuzed by his reaction, but just complied with his demands. i gave one start and believe it worth less. strongly not recommended. i read the comments before i go and too much regret going to such restaurant. i will not address the long waiting time, it was extremely long, but it is not the issue if they serve you well. They delivered the start with too cold and hard bread and asked them to bring me fresh ones. i was waiting and waiting too long and finally brought it with partial order. i finished eating and still other orders not delivered. when about to leave they serve the remaining food.

i was wondering why advance payment and finally understood because of poor service and i am sure more than 50 % of orders will be cancelled if not because of late delivery.
