Service was horrible!!!!

I came inside the restaurant BEFORE prayer time

No one greeted me !

I asked a menu they gave it to me no words at all even a single word and they just go

Im a non arabic speaker the menu was written in arabic i cant understand i need someone to explain to me the menu but no one is there so i searched in the internet to check what is in tge menu

So finally i decided to buy kebab i wanted to order a large amount of it because i want to treat my work mates for lunch but once i asked the cashier if he can take my order he said after prayer time i said but i was here before prayer time no one is here how can i give my order then i step back to mve out and he arrogantly told yes ! What you need?

Yes i maybe a filipino ! But im still a customer i went out and i did not ordered

Please dont under estimate your customers ! I dont know why your restaurant is still operating with that kind of service you have

A decent place to have a meal with friends only. Didn't feel it to be a good place for families. Food was ok-ish with rather average taste but presentation was good. Came with close to none sauces and had to order extra. Service wasn't slow but not helpful at all. They only speak Arabic with no English at all. Even couldn't tell us chicken and lamb separately in English. Ambience is not at all good for families or enjoyable...
