Horrible service! But good food. I've tried this restaurant many times, and all have been dine in experiences that have been very very bad. My last experience was especially horrible. When we wanted to order, the cashier informed us that all the items that are not ready made like the satay and the soups will take a very long time to make due to having many orders. So we stuck to the ready made items. It still took around 40 minutes to get our food as only one employee was working the food counter and he wasn't even working on any of our orders he was only preparing the delivery orders! There were around 8 people waiting for food for dine in and take away, but none of the other employees were even looking at us, meanwhile around 4 other employees on the side were chit-chating on the side. The cashier literally had to leave his seat and prepare our order by himself. It was honestly like watching a joke. You can tell the team don't get a long well together as it seems like they were throwing the work load at each other while many customers including myself waited inline.
This goes also for the second floor family section. The service is horrible all of the time. Usually, there is only one employee for the whole section. So even something as simple as asking for some napkins or ordering a drink can take 20 minutes! Also, cleaning time between tables takes forever. One time, I had to wait for 20 minutes for an empty table just to be cleaned from the mess from the previous customers! How do you expect to serve your guests for dine in if it takes 20 minutes just for clearance of the table!
Also, the bathroom was very unclean at my last visit.
The decor is ok, but the service quality and staff quality really destroyed the atmosphere for me.
It's a shame really, because some of the items are really tasty, and the food coming out of the kitchen is mostly good. Unfortunately, it is the service quality and service team that need a lot more...

أفضل مطعم إندونيسي في مكة كطعم ونظافة وأركز على كلمة نظافة جدا نظيفين وحريصين في تقديم الخدمات لكن يقولون الزين مايكمل. عنده عيوب كبيرة لمن يفقه المطاعم الإندونيسية : 1- السعر ثم السعر ثم السعر ، سعره أوفر جدا جدا لدرجة أسعاره تناسب فقط مدن مثل الرياض وأبوظبي ! تراك في مكة ونسبة الأغنياء فيها ماتتعدى ٣٠ % لازم يراجع أسعاره ولا راح يفقد زباينه !
٢- أخبرتكم سابقا أنه أفضل مطعم إندونيسي بسبب بهاراته المميزة لكن لمن يعرف الأكل الإندونيسي القديم أيام زمان ماراح يعجبه هذا المطعم وراح يحول لمطعم مثل جنوب شرق آسيا.
٣- أول مرة أشوف مطعم إندونيسي يحددلي اللي أباه واللي ماأباه ! يعني مثلا أنا دافع حول ال ٤٥ ريال مابا بطاطس أبا بداله لحم يقلي الموظف نحطلك بداله فاصوليا ! ياخي أنا دافعلك بفللوسي لو أبا الصحن كله فاصوليا أعطيني إياه فاصوليا.
٤- أنت في منطقة مكة المكرمة مراعين ضغط العمل لكن لابد أن يتعلم الكاشير أن يبتسم للزبون لاتنسوا زبائنكم أهل مكة وحجاج ومعتمرين وزائرين ويخبره عن الأصناف ومانوعيتها برحابة صدر ( مو كل كلمة أقولها له يردها بكلمة ! ) نحن لانريد معاقبة الكاشير يمكن عنده ظروفه ترانا بشر لكن أي شخص يحس بتعب أو إرهاق يقدر يكلم زميل له يغطيه وهو ياخذ مكانه فقط لأنه الناس بتاخذ فكرة سيئة عن المطعم.
٥- أخ لو يوفر أطباق لزبائن الكيتو ( يعني طبق مشكل بدون رز ومكرونة وبطاطس راح ياكل الجو على كل المطاعم)
