Al Tazaj — Restaurant in Makkah Al Mukarramah

Today is May 23, 2025 a friend of mine visited your place the first he did check the reviews reason for that when you travel they worry about getting sick then about your service keep that in mind , the better customer service the more business................................. .................. ................................... Keep doing the best of you....... ...........................................................................As of Feb.,24,2025 I noticed the complaints at the reviews dropped to better 35% to some how reasons hopping to the best.....................................................................................................................................................................Our dream to visit Makkah not your store..................................Now 3 weeks pass you getting worst 60%not happy with your customer service ..... that means you don't care about your customers at the same time their opinions is not important .....which kind of business is it?????? Then why you put your self on Google shut down the comments. Google is there to help you get better and to let the owner be aware of his business....................!!!!!!!!!!!!???? .............................................Last week you had complains or not happy customers 6/13..... that's about 50% negative business ....

One of two ....first you don't care about your customers which you make your money from them...........or you think your customers less than the animals and let them go to hell what ever they saying,...................... to be on business always to respect what they say, not to be buy it now then who cares to come back,.... I will say this if that's what's on your mind sooner than later will run OUT OF BUSINESS....., that's A promise.............

...............The most important in any business is the customers if you ignore them sooner or later you will be out of business, that's why the prophet said the Morales,values,integrity,honesty and respect make succeed (customer service ) it looked very hard to understand it in your business,the reason I said that same complaints you don't have someone smart enough to get it. ................................................................................Wondering still in business.....the health Department coming....The worst part people don't understand being in business is the safety & the health of the consumers, that's been said you can't have the chicken rolling all day......at the same time you can't leave the left over night in the cooler then put it on the roller to the customer ,if you don't fear the health dept.,you have to fear Allah ........add to it No burnt Food............do you eat burned rice ....french fries ...bread....salad....NO.... then burned food like charcoal ....it is cancer all over the world isn't allowed to serve it ,look like no health department,people get sick and die they don't know why.....you still advertise burned food that's very silly...........still the first picture burned chicken the reason for that they proud to poison the people with knowledge , that's the top of ignorant way doing business...........where is the health department.........I hope the health department shut you down unless you bribe them to stay in business......they should watch you ....... at the Holly City where is humanity started having some people running the business dirty,nasty,ignorant, don't care about the health of the people ............ more customer service......not ignorance.........we like to see you doing better.......all the way.....non_stop........ hopping for the best......customers satisfaction necessary.........needs more clean.......get better............more customer...

I'm coming in Makkah for Umrah. And coming everyday to eat al tazaj. But today they disappoint me alot. The Guy serving and doing bareer for People is such a poorly educated man. I was in cashier : It's my Turn. I need my husband to order and he does not allow him to come! Made me very angry and i was crying. THEY LOST A LOYAL CUSYOMER. Such an agressive personnal. First time I see this. He pushes my husband. They take order from girl wo was behind me, before me. No I dont recommand this place at ALL. Hope a manager can see this message and train staff to be professional and attentive to the customer. Otherwise these guys go work somewhere else. I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE and because of the situation the personal create I was gone without...

There are many Al Tazaj branches in Makkah. Most images are not this branch. People have uploaded images from other branches. We visited this branch of Al Tazaj. This is on one of the main roads. The food is nice. We had Chicken & rice (known as Kabsa), broast (which is similar to KFC) and Fresh basbousa (which is a mikd of a cake slice with sugar syrup). Everything was tasty.
