Indian Zone — Restaurant in Makkah Al Mukarramah

I recently had a fantastic dining experience at The Indian Zone. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.

Food: I ordered the butter chicken, naan, and a cola. The food was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The chicken was fresh, tender, and well-seasoned, and the naan was soft and warm. It was evident that the food was freshly made, served piping hot.

Service: The service was impeccable. The attendant, Shonggarm, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. They made sure everything was perfect and ensured I was comfortable throughout the meal. The service was quick, efficient, and added to the overall positive experience.

Atmosphere: The restaurant itself is beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The furniture and decor create a warm and inviting ambiance, making it an ideal spot for a family meal or a casual outing with friends. It felt very welcoming and well-maintained.

Value: The pricing is fair and offers great value for the quality of the food and service provided.

Experience: The only minor drawback was a bit of noise from some children, which was slightly distracting towards the end of my visit. However, this is not the restaurant’s fault and didn’t significantly detract from the overall experience.

I highly recommend The Indian Zone for anyone looking for excellent food, outstanding service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning with family—and possibly friends—for another...

I was very excited to try the food, as I have heard good reviews from people. But unfortunately, the service at the restaurant was terrible. The staff was not welcoming. We were served with “Lamb Chops,” which were very cold, chewy, unfresh, and soggy. Overall it tasted very funny. I order “Chicken Tikka Masala” to find a hair in the food, which is unacceptable. We told the staff about it, but they didn’t bother to cancel the order. Instead, they said they would give us a discount, but they didn’t do it.
