New Multan Restaurant — Restaurant in Makkah Al Mukarramah

I usually leave very positive and supportive reviews, but today the service was bad to the point i had to personally speak with management and talk about how bad of an experience i had with my family.

They didn’t have any menu (waiter said please tell me i will help you out)

We were 4 people and we said we wanted a grill platter plus Chicken and Mutton dish. (Keep in mind we are only 4 adults out of which 2 are females)The waiter without mentioning the platter sizes bought the biggest size of the platter costing 200 riyals, any normal human with common sense can clearly know that platter is for 6-8 people and not for a small family of 4

When i said this is too much we want to cancel the other 2 dishes, the waiter decided to pick some portion of platter and give me a 40 riyals discount …. When i asked the other waiter what is the price of this huge platter he said i dont know. Ask the waiter taking ur order.

Other than no menu and cheatingly made us buy the platter which he clearly knew and also sticking the other 2 dishes.. there was a constant fight and tension between the waiters…

90% of the food had to be packed for parcel because normal humans can clearly cannot eat such amount of food.

When we asked to pack our food my waiter said okay and waited for another 35 minutes for the food getting packed but no one picked it. My dad finally got annoyed and called for the waiter to get it done packing the waiters started fighting over i told you to pack, and i told you to pack… finally when the food was packed….

Their lower floors electricity went out and their Card swipe machine wasn’t working… had to pay in cash

One of the other waiters who was not serving us was soo angry while picking up the food he let the glass soda bottles just fall and it would make a constant loud noise of angry bottle fallings, then he started to put chair back into places which was another 10 minutes of constant chair rubbing against floor.

I can comfortably say this was the worsttttt experience i had at a restaurant in all my life… i hope its...

Just now I visit your store Multan and I ordered 5 chicken Biryani amount 75riyal with my friends and your staff give me the worst and horrible customer service, it was disgusting and all your employees was very rude and don't no how to talk with customer how come you are running a restaurant and you will not respect the customer, even you cashier was also very rude, all you staff disrespect me infront of my friends, you guys don't have any onion and chilli with the biryani how come even I requested to give some gravy on top of the biryani but your staff directly say no to me even I tell him no problem I will pay extra money but your staff denied, you guys are selling biryani but you don't have green salad with it, even I tell your cashier take exray money and give me salad but you cashier also say no, this is bullsheet, you guys running a worst customer service in your restaurant and you guys claimed your self 4.1star rating for your restaurant, I will not give you 1star also, my money was wasted and your biryani taste was horrible too much salty, disgusting biryani I have ever eat in my life, I will tell all my friends not to visit your store because you guys served worst service and horrible food, I will post this review in social media and also make email to the baladia that you guys are not following proper hygiene and sanitising in your store. I am very much disappointed with your customer service, I wish that the owner should take serious action against the service staff and the cashier because this is not the way to treat a customer. I am coming to your store for eating and it's your responsibility to give me good service but you guys are very unprofessional in work. My money is wasted I will never come again and tell all the people's not visit...

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining at New Multan Restaurant in Makkah, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
